i feel kinda stuffy today kids. i think that i need to use the
old netti pot
to clear out some stuff.

if you haven't ever used the netti pot, its fantastic. sometimes
it gets sorta addictive and then you get a nose bleed. so you have
to be careful about that.

otherwise, fully endorsed, two thumbs up!

don't take it from just me, it was on oprah too.
